About me:

Hej,

My friends describe me as kind, generous, patient, and humble; and I believe they are right. I like to live a simple life, be healthy, environmentally conscious, financially responsible, and love peace. I’d rather gather friends and goodwill, than material wealth. All the photos here were taken in the last 3 years. Despite my education (Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering, Master’s in Mathematics & Ph.D. in Physics), I cherish the most the lessons that I learned in real life as a sojourning refugee among kind strangers. Born in Asia, I came to USA a while back. I did post-graduate studies here, but didn’t want to settle down.

Sweden is the country that I’d love to call sweet home – “Jag vill leva jag vill dö i Norden”. I honestly & openly sought permission from the Swedish government and UNHCR, but they didn’t help as I have asylum here. In the last few years I worked for humanitarian causes, mostly in association with religious people. I have done a lot of volunteering including basic bread-and-butter stuff, computer work, photography & video, and donated blood over 50 times. This was my way of giving thanks for being a survivor. But now, in the next chapter of my life, I want to enjoy my life, work to the fullest of my skills and talents, and have a sweet home in Sweden together with a kind-hearted Swedish woman . God help me!

I’m willing to live anywhere in Sweden with the right woman. I now sojourn in the USA, and we can visit here to see my friends, but I’m not for a woman who wants to live in the US; hence I chose my location as Stockholm. Please understand! I consider myself a Christian Quaker, but work a lot with Roman Catholics, and have atheist friends as well. I never preach my politics or religion to others.
