About me:

Here is my hard sell: I am looking for friends. I am recently divorced, recently relocated, and poor (just what you were looking for, right?). I am trying to find my life again. I have a desire to be spiritual and am seeking it. I have two sweet daughters who are smart, strong, and loving. I am a pretty nice guy, with a little confidence. I will be honest about who I feel I am. I like to feel needed and appreciated, but have a little space too.
I'm not very handsome. 'Rugged' is the term I prefer. I like wearing a beard. I wear my hair somewhere between short and moppy, depending on the 6 to 8 month period. I am about 6 feet tall and 230 lbs. (and a recovering goodfoodaholic, I only eat bland things now).
Likes: NFL, fantasy football, and boxing. Music from pretty much every genre (mostly music with depth). Board games and card games (but I’m competitive). Movies that are intelligent. I read quite a bit.
I am humble but confident, intelligent, forgiving, sympathetic, compassionate, and understanding; my sense of humor is dry, cheesy, literal, witty, and sarcastic (and apparently schizophrenic); I have a good command of English, but I can match the setting of any conversation well (i.e. I can speak farm boy and I have a pasty-white-boy street flow, too) I have a political soapbox, (but it is pretty passive, because I am pretty tolerant). I like causing others to think a bit; my mind is packed with miscellaneous trivia (with a strong emphasis on music).
For her: I am decent at massage (i.e. back, legs, hands, feet, neck, etc.), though no formal training; I like to give soft caresses (your tummy, back, arms, legs, face, etc.); I will draw nice, hot, relaxing baths (none of this is meant to take advantage, only to help you feel better); I listen well, speak well, and write well; I am good at appreciating beauty; If you just read through all of that, you are a true champion and should get a trophy that stands taller than you!

I'm looking for:

I'm not sure I have an ideal match. I get along well with most of those I come in contact with. I would have to say someone who can be adaptive toward me, being fully into me when the situation dictates it, and allowing me space when I need it. When a relationship first finds its spark, I need my love interest to be into me as much as I am into her. As the relationship starts to temper after a few months, breathing room is nice at times. That said, I would love to share the good things in life (which tend to be more of the simple things than those that are complicated) with someone who appreciates them as much as I do.
