A superb 1975 album, I bought this initially on vinyl after spending a cold, winter weekend in a Newcastle flat, with the upstairs resident repeatedly playing the minor hit single, title track. I now have the CD and it’s a favourite.
I particularly like the ‘rocky’ ‘She’s Such A Drag’ and the laid back ‘Someone’s Rocking My Dreamboat’.
I didn’t rate Murray’s debut album ’Nigel Lived’ but this is delightful with many ‘name’ musicians contributing including some very tasty guitar work by Bob Weston (Fleetwood Mac).
There’s not really been a creditable follow up album, although Murray did become very popular in France and had success with the hit ‘One Night In Bangkok’ in 1985.
