And all the angles dig their hands
And build their graves in the shallow sand

I let go of all of my pride
When I got caught with your suicide bride
That's when the blood began to dry as it bleeds
I was born the day that I died
And though it all somehow I survivied
Filled myself on the dead flies you feed
And all the angles call her name
Reminding me of all my shame
As the tide brings in new waves
Exposing them in their shallow graves
You knew you were wrong but you thought you were right
But that didn't stop you from starting a fight
That's what made her decide to leave
I was the one she had to find
But she knew she had to leave her body behind
You never even took the time to grieve
And all the angles look away
Realizing there's no place to stay
