NOT a poem...just a question
Author: Blizza801If you were to pass by a book of my poetry in a book store and read a bit...would it be something you just flipped through or would it be something you actually purchased?
Please be honest...I'm curious as to whether I should write a book of poetry or just leave it as a hobby...all comments welcome please...good or bad =) !!

I would definetly buy a couple to give away as gifts and keep one for myself.Thus far i only bought poetrybooks in my home language,as i don't know the English poets so well,but yours are brilliant and i will buy to keep.

for an unbiased opinion my friend get an agent, a proper one, not one that wants money from you, and they will be honest, because they will be looking to make money,......what's the worst they can say?.....another thing to think about is getting an objective opinion, we make lousy self editors and critics......what we think is rubbish some one else will love and vice versa......hope this helps......

Go for it Blizza-never mind the critics-they everywhere....luckily in the minority of 1 to 100.I'm not an expert on poetry-just a reader and an artist but i can spot talent a mile away.You got real talent and your passion will open up the doors of opportunity and will get you very far.All the best of luck to you.
