"The Gentle Touch"

Oh why must we be vulnerble with human frailties and such.
As we walk this earth we need that gentle touch.
What holds us back and ties us down are not the other's care.
For it's within our very soul in what we realy fear.
Here we sit just waiting for someone to understand.
Or maybe just a smile and lend a helping hand.
We sometimes miss the bounties the Lord has provided here.
From waking each and every day and having Him so near.
Love of people near and far is not so hard to do.
Once you learn that all this love is right inside of you.
We fall so many times from past and present pain.
At times it seems so very hard it makes us go insane.
Seek and you shall find so very, very much.
For there is someone out there with that gentle touch.
