I believe it's much easier to find a heart these days due to advances in anti-rejection medication and whilst you still need blood group matching, tissue typing is less of an issue than it used to be.
Most people don't seem to care what it looks like. It's not like hearts are particularly attractive, or on show, or anything. Not unless they stitch you up with a glass front like a grandfather clock these days.

this is also very true and good point. We have a responibility in how we treat that
