If your new date announced after a few glasses of wine, that they had received plastic surgery(maybe a p*nis extension/breast enlargement). Would this turn you off?
I personally haven't had it, but I don't see anything wrong with enhancing or making some part more attractive....it's a little to late in the day for me to consider it lol

This is understandable for a scar, ugly birthmark, a defect etc..But out of pure vanity to enlarge a perfectly normal pair of breasts?

Each to their own.
Whatever turns them/people on, I guess.
...but, personally if a man who I was attracted to, suddenly announced he'd had a facelift, I'd find it a turn-off. Whatever happened to aging gracefully/naturally?

Nidifugous: In principle it wouldn't bother me, but if he was on his third liposuction or facelift and sported a windtunnel look, I might ask a few questions.
justjim63: If it's your body then you should be able to do what you want with it, what others think about it is of no real concern, if you can look at yourself in the mirror and be happy with what you see then more power to you!
