I feel awkward with tall men...
Doesn't mean that I don't like them, just preference I guess.
I prefer someone around the same height as myself..slightly taller, but I don't want to look like a mushroom underneath someones armpit..
and... Makes dancing look so much more balanced...

Do you really mean it? That's seldom for a women, believe me. Never heard that. I am a small and slender guy, if women see me they fly away. If I go out with my tall and athletic friend the same women swarm round him (by ignoring me).
