Well, lately Im having difficulties to get any sleep at all ,it started when I gave up on meat,sugar,milk, bread ,pepsi ...I mean I feel great ,lost almost 40 pounds...but I can`t sleep

Yes...I have noticed you've lost heaps of weight, judging by your last pic. You must be feeling good.
I have an erratic sleep pattern....I get snippets of sleep...less than 8....probably closer to 5 or 6hrs is a good night for me.

Same here. I average anywhere from 3-6 hours of sleep. I usually have to wait until my brain decides to shut down before any sleep ever comes. And I refuse to take any sleep aids as most of the time I'll wake up feeling like a zombie.
