My older brother has always been a mean person and says mean and insulting things to and about his wife.I got so I wanted nothing to do with him anymore.
Why she would put up with him I could never figure out.
He wasn't brought up in a abusive household.

I never was with someone like that. When someone didn't treat me with the same respect as I treated him (or I didn't have respect for him anymore), I walked away.

I for one have been in a relationship (marriage) that turned violent, but I have also had wonderful relationships with kind, strong, smart, caring, humorous men.

Cruel is when someone says they will kill themselves and say it your fault and everyone will know it is. Ya i agree woman can be as bad but i guess i feel like recently the fella i am with is being very cruel towards me so maybe i have turned on men because the last fella i was with was not nice either.
