I should mention that pure unconditional love and to think of the loved ones and pure acts of kindness where one puts others first is basically what humankind should strive for,

Obstinance_Works: To say someone loves themselves is still an insult where I come from.
I'd say I like and respect myself(at least most of the time). My idea of love has to not be about yourself.

This is about loving and knowing urself. U spend a lot of time getting to know urself first. Then u know all ur good and bad points. Now u figure out:- Can I like myself. Once that has been determined u then love urself with all ur shortcomings and plus points as u know urself thoroughly.

in one case the Mother was sitting two people away little did I know , the young child I found out later had and was going through a lot of detail = abusiveness in the family,
later as I got older, women would come into my life and the same detail was still there one woman was hurt by a fall and I went up to her and held her and hugged her and later she said to me what is it about you when you warp your arms around and she felt something come from me ,
another time a young woman was standing next to me as she come closer I felt such a tenseness about her and I thought oh wow her whole body was under stress so I pulled her gently to my self and hugged her and she relaxed and that stress tenseness was gone ,

That's love nature
However,not all of us feels comfortable to hug "stranger" ..One's I both donat to 6 year old African child (becuase he kept licking donat with finger) and his mother come screeming at him that she doesn't wnat him to begg and shop keper explained he didn't bag but she look still upset with me too 
I told her;I had no intention to ofend with it ...but just to make him happy.
Apparantly I realised I ahven't been enough sensitive to consdier different views/reaction, as mother wasn't around at the time ...
It's the similar with hugs
