There are people who fall in love but something is going wrong and they consider themselves " losers", and there are people who are afraid to love, resting only on -lookers, or they are not finding the proper person for them.

To have never loved at all...I would rather have beautiful memories of love and laughter...though some hurtful memories may linger...than to have had no love memories at all..

To have never loved at all would be an injustice.
I have photographs and wonderful memories I treasure.
NB: some memories I'd like to erase completely, but I guess they are there for a reason. Hopefully I have learnt a thing or two, but then again, have been known to make the same mistake more than once....several times, in fact.

To have loved and not lost is obviously better. But love is sometimes a gamble and sometimes you do lose. The hurt gets less with time, and you can try again a wiser and smarter bunny. Love is without a doubt the most powerful force in the universe, so unless you completely isolate and insulate yourself you will live again

We stumble, we fall, but we did it all ,, we make mistakes because we believe that in trying there's something good that will come out of it or else life/hope is to it's end ,,
I'm a widower who was married to the love of my life. I lost her to breast cancer 9 years ago. I feel like I was a very lucky man. I've experienced what so many others never have and maybe never will. I had a woman who was my best friend and my lover. Because of her, I've developed a new definition of love:
Love is when someone knows everything there is to know about you, and stays with you anyway. The memories are bittersweet. But as I sit here, I can say that. at the ripe ol' age of 64, I'm a man who knows what it means to love someone with his whole heart and soul, and know that she loved me the same. Nothing can ever take that from me. We did everything together: shopping, games, movies..etc.
We used to joke that we were fated to be together because nobody else would have us. So far, that has turned out to be prophetic. But even if I must stay alone till the end of my days. I have her memory and the short 10 years we had together. They seemed like 30.
So, I sincerely believe it is much worse to have never known real love than to have lost it.

I've spent my life loving, I've lived and learned.
Right or wrong, I wouldn't change a thing as it's made me who I am, an insightful, empathetic and resilient person

Out of the 4 options I would rather have loved and lost than never to have experienced that amazing feeling of loving another human being who is not related to you. Though the heart ache is absolutely frigging awful, to never have experienced that and know how amazing it can feel, I would have missed out on something in life. I experienced this later in life and I look forward to experiencing it again whenever fate brings it my way, in the future and no hurry. lol
