Solamente: Personally, I feel the site administrators do a very good job and are flexible concerning what rules are broken, based on the severity of what was posted. (brownie points please )

Should admin issue a warning prior to the ban?
Should complains be forwarded to banned member?
Should ban have a time frame with repeat warning?Should "X" strikes and you're out rule apply?Other?
A lot of these things apply anyway, but I think you should me told the names of any complainees

Not much of a rhyme nor reason. I've been banned before and I had little idea why considering all the things I haven't been banned for.
My own suspicion is that if you make a compelling and charismatic crimethink argument then you are more likely to get banned. Politically incorrect ranting lunacy they leave up there for all the world to see. It's not breaking the rules, it's breaking the rules well which is the problem.

Some members who have been here for a long time might remember my very good friend Trish123. She posted often, her strong and informed opinions, especially about religion and in particular the Catholic church always sparked heated discussion.
Sadly she was banned from posting in the forums for one week. That was back in Feb 2011, but although she's still a member on here, she's still not allowed to post....ADMIN PLEASE TAKE NOTE, five years?
