On average; no. Even growing up in the places and areas I did; slang wasn't me. I never boarded that train.
I don't even text short hand.
Once it a great while, I might crack a joke with a co-worker on some term they've used. Other than that, once again, I find myself lacking in being part of that special "group".

I'm not sure just what kind of slang, there are tons. I grew up in a household that used things like, "hunky-dory", "sitting in the catbird seat", "tell it to the Marines", and so forth.

HELP!! when I try to go back to my forums, by mousing my own 'threads' or 'posts', a screen pops up saying "This user is no longer @ connectingsingles. But, I can get back to those threads by going to the profile (mine) which is clearly still "up". Why this erroneous message??
