as we don’t have a real democracy anywhere in the world, a royal family or not is the top of our problems!
I think a monarchy would bring two things: stability, and long-term planning. and less 4/6 years kings and "first dames" (we dont elect them). monarchy might defend the interests of the people, as they are separate from political fights, but there are other aspects to consider also.
regarding most or all “current” politicians in the world, they are not elected based on their managerial skills or leadership talent, and they don’t have have any obligation to do anything for people.. they are a real cost to us -society. Getting elected is their only worry.
and no, I am not a monarchist.

Governments and such started out as most were good intent and idea but, then the idiots got together to sit around and tell people what to do.
Problem of all times. Check Romans for one. So "Great" per them at least. They erased any and all that said otherwise.
