I'm on a weight loss mission so it could be great to see what you guys think about it (ACV) since it's my first time using it. I've heard some good news about its wonderful works and I just need to be 100% sure

To be honest...it's like everything else..as long as you're on a healthy low calorie diet and exercise then it will help.
I've been taking some every day for about 3 months but not for weight loss. I take it mainly for stomach cleansing as an anti oxidant.

It does help. If you can put up with the taste alone, otherwise you may want to consider mixing it with other fruit juice flavors that also help curb weight gain. 100% pure prune juice mixes well with it...just be prepared for the 'pruning' affect. 100% pure unsweetened pink grapefruit juice is another very good one for curbing, but I wouldn't recommend mixing it with ACV. It does make a good breakfast juice.
don't have a clue about this stuff in thought you just putv on chips if yo wants to get lighter I hasd the answer eat less piles of fuit as well is not easy stop bickies and fizzy drinke and drink loads of good wine instead then you will be happy as well hope it goes well

Drinking apple cider vinegar for weight loss seems far-fetched. Does it work?
Answers from Katherine Zeratsky, R.D., L.D. Apple cider vinegar isn't likely to be effective for weight loss.
Proponents of the apple cider vinegar diet claim that drinking a small amount of apple cider vinegar before meals or taking an apple cider vinegar supplement helps curb appetite and burn fat. However, there's little scientific support for these claims.
Although occasional use of apple cider vinegar is safe for most people, it won't likely lead to weight loss — and it may pose problems of its own. For example:
Apple cider vinegar is highly acidic. It may irritate your throat if you drink it often or in large amounts. Apple cider vinegar may interact with certain supplements or drugs, including diuretics and insulin. This may contribute to low potassium levels.
Remember, there's no magic bullet for weight loss.
The key to losing weight is burning more calories than you consume.
Choose a variety of healthy foods — such as fruits, vegetables, whole grains and lean sources of protein — and include physical activity in your daily routine.

That's my take on it..... , although there's plenty of folks swear by it. One needs to be careful though.... I used to drink a lot of pink grapefruit juice too, till I found out it contained red dye. So I switched to just regular grapefruit juice. And I also tried the vinegar for a while....ended up in hospital over night with low potassium. (was struggling with gallstones at the time.... and apple cider vinegar was supposed to help with that... it didn't)

I do use it myself sometimes. I always felt better after it. But I have no underlying illnesses, so just for general health.
At the moment I'm drinking the juice of half a lemon and a good slug of cider vinegar in a glass of water in the mornings.
It has good cleansing properties and is a veritable miracle cure for nausea.
I've not noticed any weight loss.
(I eat very healthy foods, I'm very active, but I do rely on protein supplemented smoothies to cope with early work shifts and 10 minute lunch breaks.)
