Really, a combination of humor, sensitivity, and being able to listen and give good conversation. But then, I'm not just looking for a hit and run, either...I want something more long term, and that means that our overall compatibility is the most important part of him...not any one thing he "has".

Money, looks, and "a big one" rate way down to non-factors on my list.
