Yep men witll take it to the extreme of extreme. I've lost count of how many women have been murdered here because of some man getting jealous that some other man was either enjoying or going to be enjoying 'His property'. If a woman pulls another's hair or scratches her in a fit of jealousy, that can heal, hair will grow back and scratches can heal. On the other hand dead is dead.

Jealousy is a horrible and very very powerful emotion. I hate it.
Thankfully I do not suffer from it. If my woman felt more for another man than for me, then she cannot help that and I would not waste my time fighting it. Plenty fish as they say.

I think it would be unfair to say either, as, it certainly depends on the makeup of each individual. A lot of factors enter into ones personaility to distinguish his or her actions.

Personally, I think guys give women reason to be suspicious and jealous. It's a known fact that men "focus" on whatever it is he has his mind on, at that particular moment. More times than not, if his mind is focused on the opposite sex, a lot of times it can lead to trouble, as that is all he's focused on. His thought process doesn't register that he is involved with a special someone, all he's thinking about is that little area in his brain that has been stimulated by this other person. This can lead to the woman becoming very jealous, feeling very insecure in their relationship, causing retaliation.. There is nothing worse than a woman scorned!

On the other hand, a woman doesn't focus and concentrate on just (1) thing at a time.. Her brain is working in overdrive, thinking of a million things at once, not just wondering if she could get a particular guy in bed or not (at that particular moment) therefore, for a woman deliberately set out to do something that's going to piss off her partner to where he's insanely jealous, she really has to set out to do that, in which more times than not, she makes plans.

I agree! More women are jealous of other women, but men do stupid things to initiate this craziness. Most men, on the other hand, if it came right down to being jealous or showing jealousy, would just walk away and find someone else!. Whereas a lot of women, get crazy jealous and wants to fight for what she feels is hers!

Hey, I know guys that aren't jealous!.. They're the more secure within himself, type guy - but, hey - some men find better ways around it, rather than displaying jealousy.. Jealousy can only lead to big problems in a relationship..

jealous have a lots of meaning,but in relationship i dont want this,kidding the partner is okay but seriously jealous never want it..

it is not good, some times things are misread for various reasons and can cause problems, things taken out of context can be lead to grief, where there is no reason to get upset over little things is bad, all i can say is i have done this and i don't like the feeling it leaves,,, i can say i look at things a little differently and more slowly now and hope that i can make amends:

I agree that we all get hungry and cold, but that is not a mental emotion, that is physical and can be dealt with much more instantly that jealousy can.

Again i disagree with you, NOT everyone gets jealous, I dont get jealous because someone is better looking, has a better car, or is more successful or is in a wonderful relationship and im not?

Heres an example...

If i had a partner and we went out to a party for example and she ended up talking to other guys at the party i would not get jealous because she is doing that, why? because i have trust in her... i have no reason to be jealous, to be jealous of your partner in a relationship shows a lack of trust.

Jealousy is destructive, it is born out of insecurity and lack of trust and is also a symptom of greed.
