My mum died when I was 13 and I haven't seen my dad for 3 years... Never had close relationships with parents so I can't really answer..

I really envy people who do though sigh

seems we ahve somthing a little in common ....Dad pasted when I was 12 and Mom went into a nursing home when I was 14.......hug sad flower

Its hard growing up without parents isn't it? Theres always something missing..I reckon Ive done pretty well considering but I'd have loved to have had a mum and dad there for me

Maybe thats why I'm waiting for the kinda guy who likes to nurture

Strange isn't it that you kind of crave it sometimes when you haven't grown up with it...

Does my head in when people take their parents for granted but then I guess we were lucky enough to have them even for a short time. Some people have never had parents at all

Yup only had them for a while when I was youg ...but they were great parents really look how good a job they did with me ....grin
