Just: Vincent Price...no one else. Peter Cushing played a mean dracula but he didn't have the flare of Price.

I have to choose Lon Chaney Sr. because of the pain he endured just to perform and that he was one of the first in the genre in American film. Who can forget seeing him unmasked in Phantom Of The Opera? I still find that scene frightening! Nosferatu, on the German side was equally scary.
