Well, I live a mile in the woods. I do have neighbors, but they are not right on top of me. I hardly hear anything out of one side of me. They are very quiet people that like to be themselves. I know the other side just came home because I can hear 20 coonhounds barking. They are good neighbors, not always quiet, but would be there in a heartbeat if I needed them. Years ago when I first moved down here, my ex thought that he was going to sit at the end of the road and harass me. My neighbor ever so quietly walked out to his car with a shotgun in his hand and told him he better not ever see him back down here again. He hasn't come back.

i moved 600 miles and my neighbor moved with me got the place next door times i wish he hadn't tho, rules say no junk he has 5 trucks and none run, his front yard looks like a scrap yard and i told him today that he would get no more nice letters they will just cancel his contract, he went home got one running and moved two, not enough but i got him moving on cleaning it up, just hope it continues, i am trustee in this sub division and being he was my friend they kept cutting him slack, now i catch it for his mess... he has been warned for the last time, i asked if he planned on moving back to his wife that got him motivated

I think we have neighbors...we can see the houses and sometimes we can hear kids...only really know one neighbor and he lives across the street...no one really knows anyone nowadays...
