I don't have a clue who Lion131 is, but, unless there's a general, across-the-board restriction on the number of polls that can be posted per day, then no, he/she should not be restricted. I mean, why? What difference does it make who started the poll, if there's no limits on the number of them?

If that was meant as a joke, it must be an inside joke, and surely you must realize that not everyone here would have a clue why what you wrote should be taken as a joke since, on its own merit, there's nothing whatsoever funny about it.

So let me get this sorted...by your own addmission you haven't a clue who the subject of this poll is but you felt compelled to answer anyway. Do you routinely offer your opinion about that which you have no clue?

Again, there was nothing FUNNY about what you posted (unless, of course, for some reason it was an inside joke that, as I explained before, not everyone here is privvy to). You see, the word FUNNY and the word HUMOROUS are synonymous with each other.

Rather than posting a link to a dictionary definition of the word "humor," (which I'm perfectly aware of the meaning of), why don't you explain in what way asking "Do you think Lion131 should be restricted to one poll per day" is funny and, on top of that, why you think everyone should recognize it as being funny?

If you think it's a humorous statement simply on its own merit, with no hidden inside joke, then my advice to you is don't quit your day job and try to get a gig on Comedy Central any time soon.

I didn't find anything particularly humorous about it, either. Many times since I've been here someone has started a thread complaining about someone else posting too much, so there's plenty of precedent for not suspecting it's a joke.
