I'm thinking, Mid July. Harrison hot springs itself would drive the cost up quite a bit.
But camping [ motorhomes / RVs ] in the parks is only something like $20 a day to the Park.
I have been to the Sasquatch Park, the swimming in the lake is great [ in early april so summer it will be even better ]
The issue with the parks is there frequently is a no fire ban in place due to the risk of forest fire in the old growth forests. [ as all the B.C. members already know. ]

I just double checks the info for Sasquatch park, 21 a night for each site used. there is a group camp ground available, at $50/night + $4 each for adults, minimum of 15 adults fees, so $110 night, it can hold up to 40 people. [ children are a $2/night fee. for it ]
any of the 3 campgrounds in the park offer reserved camping, likely a deposit required for that service.
Manning park is likely similar in costs, but doesn't offer the swimming opportunities.
if you want to fish, you do need to have the BC license.
Park staff make rounds around sunset to collect fees. tap water and firewood are available [ firewood a fee for it ] naturally, outhouses [ even dumping stations for the RVs. ]

Wish you luck with a meet up on here. I think the biggest issue here is that too many people just simply live too far away. Our Canada is a big country and many can't commit.

I´m not paying $20 if I can´t build a massive fire, what else is there to do? Can you harpoon salmon?
