Ok so we will all over-indulge over the holidays, whatever your particular weakness is, be it cookies, cake, deserts, chocolates, or just simply huge steaming piles of food, and of course, all that booze to wash it down....so how much do you THINK you will put on (or lose!!) by January 2nd??....click on an amount, and we'll come back next year and check the results...

hey! in my case Xmas holidays don't end till 7th of January. We've got King's day here on the 6th.

chocolate is ok, it's all the extra yummy food and goodies that we all have over xmas.. everywhere you go there are platers of it, even the hairdresser's has them.

so while you, well, me, have my hair done, I eat polorones and turron.....

will I fit in my clothes by my birthday?

I usually stay the same... it´s all about oysters, mussels, and cava here on the island! All those aphrodisiacs and know one to play with...

They´re all friends... damn! The aphrodisiacs aren´t on the Christmas day menu... it´s what all the cafes and restaurants give out while one is walking around the town, which I think I´ll do tonight... just have to be careful not to imbibe too much or christmas dinner will be late tomorrow!

If you stay active, and not over eat one can stay the same as when you entered the holiday season. Since I am now coming out of it I can freely say I gained nothing. Yet deprived myself of nothing either.

Receipe for this is easy, do not over eat. eat till you are comfortable and stay as active as possible. There is always something one can do in the winter months to keep in line.

Even shoveling that white stuff win keep you fit and healthy.

i must be extremly lucky i can eat what i want when i want the same with drink and it makes no difference at all im the same weight as ive alayws been since i came out of the forces im 183 cm tall and weigh 80 kilo,s ... and i have the perfect diet should anyone want to lose or gain a little weight
