hahaha. I can't believe anyone takes those books seriously.

RE: Your attitude?

Somewhere in the center of the two. It really depends on the situation.

Fitness question: Please help!?

Sorry, I cut and pasted this from facebook That's why it says (on my friend list) I figured I would get better results if I posted it here too. Kind of an after thought.

Fitness question: Please help!?

Does anyone on my friend list have information on fitness? I have the following concern. I've been doing push-ups in order to improve my health and fitness, but I'm attempting to continue gaining muscle. In this attempt, I used the gym at work hoping the added weight would "shock" my muscles into growing once again. The problem is, the machine has a 200lbs max. I did 3 sets of 8 reps at 200lbs, 3 sets of 8 at 180lbs, and 3 sets of 8 at 160 lbs. This happened on Friday, and I believe I should feel some soreness by now, as my muscles recover. I can only think of two reasons that I don't. One, the weight is too light for my muscles to truly break down as they should, or possibly I should have pushed the weight slower in order to engage my muscles and place more strain on them. Message or post a reply if you have experience lifting, I'm new to this and I could use a little advice.

RE: JesusChrist is God.

Jesus Christ is a fictional character from a book of fiction.

RE: Do you prefer younger or older partner?

Typically my age or a little older, but I attempt to judge each person as an individual.

RE: Do you prefer younger or older partner?

Some young men are too. ;-)

RE: Should non-profit organizations be tax exempt?

Depends on the business and the amount of profit they receive each year. (in my opinion)

RE: There are some very nice looking men in my who's viewed me.....

Nice legs, Jono. ;-)

RE: Do animals have soul?

I don’t even believe people have “souls.” In my personal opinion, the aspect that is considered the soul is the conjunction of the brain, central and peripheral nervous systems. These systems create a perceived sense of awareness in the form of memories, thoughts, senses by way of neurological/chemical constructs.

RE: Why so many Irish women?

I was thinking of asking this same question this morning! LMAO Except, I don't find most of them attractive. Many men might but I have a different type.

RE: Should religious beliefs overide government law?

Secularism does not promote atheism or religious beliefs, it respects all rights to all. I may be an atheist but I would never take someone's right to believe. I would actually fight for someone's right to have religion even though religion disgusts me. However, I do have a problem when religion is used to harm others in any manner and that includes infringing on the rights of others.

RE: Should religious beliefs overide government law?

That statement would only be true if 100% of the people agreed and that NEVER happens. I don't religious BS to enter laws. (which it does) If the majority were to overrule the minority, Democracy is just as bad as dictatorship. There are certain inalienable rights that should not be infringed upon. What if you were a Christian or whatever religion you are apart of and you lived in a country dominated by another religion? (in particular one you despise) Would you want them making religious laws that are in direct conflict with your rights and belief system???

RE: Should religious beliefs overide government law?

I agree so my answer to the question is, "HELL NO!"

RE: Punishment or rehab?

Depends on whether it is something that can be rehabilitated.

RE: no forum

No...

RE: MEN ONLY

All of them?????

RE: Dating a geek

Geeks rock! wink I would agree that being a gamer does not make a person a geek. I would say that a woman who enjoys gaming as long as it doesn’t affect other aspects of their life or mine would not upset me. I couldn’t deal with someone that spent most of their time in closed into a dark room playing video games every day of the week but it is understandable if a person would like to play once in a while.

Pices- Apparently the population of Australia is on the incline and has been for many years. This would also contribute to to an incline in crime rates.

Piceslady_ check this site out and I will look for more information as well. This explains how some people can slant statistics when the actual stats show another trend.
