I liked the pics & you are quite honest about what you are looking for. You seem busy which is always good. I thought "I don't have much time, but it's yours if we click" was really sweet.
I think it's fine to be honest that you don't want to date african americans or mexicans yourself. To suggest that NO-ONE should date outside their own racial group/background - well, I predict this will offend a lot of girls you might contact. Does it really bother you that much? It's a huge focus of your profile and, well, it kinda makes you seem like an angry dude.
The truth is, the girls who are right for you probably already share your views on inter-racial relationships, so perhaps your honesty about it is a good thing after all......
