I like it! States your values and what you'll do for her.
Except I personally seem to be allergic to the words "honest" and "genuine" etc., as I feel they're implied "by default" - at least I haven't seen anyone admitting they're dishonest and just here to scam or otherwise waste people's time. Stressing honesty a lot makes me think the person has had some terrifying scamming/cheating experiences already.
