not bad ,you should put in something about what role you wish your partner to be ,like ,companionship ,loyal ,honesty and with a calming nature other than that I think you need to join in with the team and get your self on the forums,blogs ect.ect and get noticed be carefull and watch out for those scammers good luck in your search

This is just what I think when I read a profile that says something to the effect of (being independent) as you did in your first sentence. It makes me wonder if the woman is too independent or set in her ways to let a man into her life without being too picky about what the man likes or does. I'm not talking about if he turns out to be a heavy drinker or something of that nature. Maybe I am not understanding what the woman means when she says that? Or I'm nuts?

I liked it. I personally think its good that you are an independent person. Its easy to compromise when both people are independent. Its impossible to compromise if one or both people need something from the other. I would add some pics the the camera likes you.

Your profile sounds good. You've said exactly what you want people to know. I would agree, maybe put more in about what you would like in a partner esp if you have kids.

To me its too fierce. I'd be worried that you would be blunt and hurtfully honest. I'd never contact you, not becauwe you're not pretty or appealing but you sound like a loose cannon.
I'm sure there is a more gentle side to your nature but as someone who wear his heart on his sleeve, I'd be scared to contact you.
Most of us have been hurt by people who did what they felt like without concidering our feelings. Being honest is not always the best policy. Sometime diplomacy is a better way. You're looking for a 'partner' as in 'partnership' so the concept of compromise should be in there somewhere.
You say 'Do it yourslef' and 'Independant' . 'I'm a pain in the ass' and ' I can be a brat'.
If you read that in some guys profile would that draw you to them or push them away?
For 'independant' use the word 'Free thinker' . For Brat' use the words 'I can be a little stubborn at times' . Tone it down and I'm sure you have a whole queue of guys stacking up to write to you.
