Please give me blunt honesty! I don't know what i'm doing wrong. i know i'm not bad looking, maybe it's in the text or something, please blunt honesty as it will help me but no nastyness.

Hi Mark, There`s nothing wrong with your profile - its very nicely written - you sound honest and genuine. And your photos are good too ... you look like a nice family orientated man.

So, you doing nothing "wrong" - maybe its just that you are so young, and maybe you too good looking so you make the girls here a bit nervous of approaching you first? ..... Send some "flowers" to the ones you fancy.....?

Oh.. maybe one thing, in your profile you say you want to do other things on your weekends, "instead of getting drunk"..... I`d say leave that part out, about getting drunk, could come across giving the wrong impression of you? JMHO. Its okay for a young guy like you - imagine a 40yr old guy saying that? ....grin

You have too many pics up!! the ladies want to see you, not everyone else.So why not get a couple of photo's of just you! then they can just concentrate on your face alone as its too confusing otherwise.Would not hurt to get rid of the rest.
It would be good to be confident in yourself as well.angel
