Concerning the hotel we should book early enough...but still a long time till April...

I know a very nice hotel called Hotel Ponte Sisto, www.hotelpontesisto.it where I normally get special rates.

Perhaps I can help if anybody need that sort of accomodation.

I used to rent a spare room i had in Lisbon before i went to The NL. laugh it really works and i really collected nice money. It's an international site, reachable all over the world. I believe there are plenty of those. Anyway, you can also ask me about it...i'm scared to advertise it hereinnocent
