Has Everybody Seen the "Event" Thread for 8/16/2008 ? (5)
Jackson: Well, I can't believe that so FEW Tennesseans have signed up for the get-together/meet-and-greet at Norris on August 16. The Kansan moved here 18 months ago assuming we were all friendly/sociable Southerners, and now we don't have many signed up from TN!! As a "native" East Tennessean, I'm disappointed.
All I know to say is "ya'll come!!"

I'm a newbie here,
I am a newbie here, are we talking about August 2010? I don't know what I'm going to be doing next week, let alone 5 months from now.

To clear up any confusion here, this thread was started for an event that took place TWO YEARS AGO!
Guess I'd forgotten
that people sometimes don't check the posting date (which contains the year).
So, HUGE apologies to those who've joined the Tenn. forums recently!
Here's hoping that you (like me and my hubby, as well as others) find your "missing half" here on CS!!
