Oh dear hunni, well I can’t help ya there cos I have never smoked so I wouldn’t know what to do to stop smoking.

My mam has been off them for 5 months now though just from the patches and eating chewing gum all the time.

just got back from blackpool, spent all day at the pleasure beach yesterday just to try it out hahahaha,,, one of the rides thats a must is the vanalla if thats how its spelt, your sat in a boat and it takes you through time, from the ice age to the volcanic days,you also get very wet but the tell tale sighn of this,is they sell rain macs as you go in,by the time you reach the ice age were it ic freeeeeeeeeezing, your very wet so it makes you even colder, then it drops like a rollercoaster and this happens twice, i came off it soaking

its a must try ride

Well I am not too good to be honest, I got beat up early hours Sat morn and my mum had to come and pick me up at 6am in the morning, I also tried to overdose myself which is not good, felling a bit better today although this morning I thought I was going to have a nervous breakdown.
