GTA get together? (53)
A bit far, but if I walk it, with no sleep, I could theoretically make it in about a month.... 
lookin4alady: hello all, just wondering if there's people here in and around the toronto area (and surrounding area obviously) who would be interested in getting together for a night out? i think it would be fun to meet alot of people, all of us having something in common which is looking for that special someone. who knows what could happen.

Maybe we should have this get together to the north of the GTA. It would be easier to access for the people out of Town. Maybe somewhere with a motel/hotel close by. I am not from the area but there should be someting handy. This way the people form the norht may also want to come for a good time. Make it a weekend get away.bill
Now for all the women who live close. I am a none drinker and would be happy to be the DD. Of course there maybe a night cap involed once we get to your place.

Raven, if you Eyes, Gordy and a few others, get hold of kid and bring a truck load this way for a holiday. We will find room for ya all and show you a damn good time.Any of you easterners the offer is the same load up a bus and head to Ontario for a holiday.

This looks like it might just get goin! Wicked cool! All of you who offred help, thank you so much and I probably will take you up on it. I think if we aim for august 28 weekend, that will give plenty of time to make arrangements and help out of towners plan and yes we will help them. Who agrees? Any other ideas are more than welcome. Camping? Bar and motels? People watching? Streaking? Lol. That last one was a joke.

If you want to have a field party let me know. I can get us a farm field up by Lindsay. People can camp under the stars or get a room in Lindsay. Remember I will be the DD for the ladies (night caps will pay for the ride 
) We can use the driveshed for a dance floor and maybe set up some tables. The thing is it would be BYOB and mix and sleeping bag. This could be intersting for the city folks, but it would be a normal Saturday night for the country boy's and girls.
If someone is willing to help, Sunday morning, I will cook bacon, eggs, pancakes or french toast and yes lots of coffee. I will cook on the open fire and cook it the way you want. Remember burnt is my speciality.
I need to know by the first of August so I can kick the horses into another field and clean up the one thier in now.
I'll help ya with the cooking...hmmm what would like for a nightcap...coffee..tea....or......
