Why Leonardo and the other Masters never thought of that Paint Ingredient?

Maybe the Gekkos had not yet reached other shores? ... they come from South America or somewhere else exotic, I think? In SA they are not indigenous and fight with the local lizards, and the lovely little skinks.

Seems you have a Gekko indigenous to Southern Africa as well.
Then some are Southeast Asians some are from the Westindies and South America.
The ones I saw in the Westindies were rather puny,maybe about 7.5 cm long.conversing wave

I think my resident gekko took one look at my lizard and figured out there was too much competition around here....he's gone!!
