Top 10 Dealbreakers (For Women)
Have you ever been on a date, or even seen a man or woman walk down the street and say, "Damn. That's a dealbreaker"? Well, here, in my opinion, are the top ten deal-breakers for women in any relationship. Enjoy.
1. Amount of Time Getting Ready
If a guy takes a significantly longer time (i.e. thirty minutes to an hour) than you to get ready, than chances are he'll end up gay later on anyways. Cut him loose.
2. Ends every sentence with an overused catch phrase
If every simple questions is met with, "That's what she said!" or "Stay classy, San Diego!", than chances are he can't think of anything thoughtful to say. Dealbreaker.
3. Calls you ANYTHING but your name
If a guy is calling you Babe, Baby, Sweety or Honey, that's cute. But if he uses it in place of your real name ALL THE TIME, chances are he's cheating on you. Better off calling you a pet name than calling Jessica when you're Amanda.
4. If he has an extremely close, almost creepy relationship with Mommy Dearest...
...end it. End it now.
5. If he makes sexual comments about your friends on more than one occasion
If he's saying it out loud, imagine what is going on inside his head. Think about it.
6. Becomes abusive, whether it be physically, emotionally or mentally
Whether it's name calling here or a tough nudge there, abuse is not okay. There are internet resources and phone numbers that can be called if you need assistance. 911 should be the first resort if something serious is going on.
7. Texts/Calls every minute of every day.
If the guy you are intimate with texts or calls you way too often (i.e. 100 times or more a day), than either get him an X-Box so he'll have something to do, or end it.
8. If his eyes are on the TV/Computer/Phone more than they are one you
Than bring it to his attention. If it doesn't change, ask him if his game PS2 or Blackberry can do what you do for him...if you know what I'm saying. Then, leave.
9. If the macho facade doesn't end after Date 3
Than chances are, it's engraved in him. If that's for you, then you hit the jackpot. If not, break it off.
10. If he isn't willing to get 'real' with you
Than chances are your relationship will go no where, fast. Whether it's short-term or long-term relationships, he has to be willing to be down to earth.
