I chose this topic because I have always wanted to start yoga especially after I hurt my back and was divorced and relocated my home.

The reason I did not was because I thought it was all standing on my head which would not have given me any inner peace.

I would like all the attributes that yoga gives a person, peace inner strength, and a process that affects your mind body and soul/spirit.

I am definitely going to start so thank you for this article I really need this kind of exercise that is not just pysical.

There are a few yoga classes in the local paper what do I look for to know I have found a good teacher?
