'BART' (Bay Area Rapid Transit) is the San Francisco Bay Area'subway system. This video clearly shows the footage at the Fruitvale BART station of the cop shooting an unarmed, handcuffed kid in the BACK.
Now there are riots in the streets of Oakland. It's like Rodney King deja vu all over again!
