How to win depression

From my personal experience

In our days depression became a serious problem which need to be properly recognised and managed to make people balance their lives otherwise can have significant impact on their attitude, on their behaviour and way of living

living with depression i could said that the most important things people need to understand to manage that situation is the need to appreciate themselves as human beings and recognise that nobody has the right to make them feel that they are not worth

never give up from life we all face difficult situations and we must try to survive throught them and become stronger. death is not a solution life is beautiful we need to try to appreciate what we have even if this is not a husband or wife.

People could offer love even if they dont receive this is a real reward. helping others i.e animals adopting a pet which does not have home, feed them give importance to your life

animals give people love is important everyone to recognise this and try to receive from their endless love without exchange.

finding hobbies like gym, swimming any activity that a person feels happy help people forget the sadness they feel for a while and the feeling of loneliness in the future.

speaking with a psychologist can help people manage and win some of their fears and give them power to continue to l

we all need to understand that we can not have somebody next to us to support us any time we dont feel well thats why we need to help ourselves. depression is like a war there are winners and loosers we must never give up

what plays an essential role in dealing with that situation is having good friends next to you who can help you share your problems and support you to that situation

engagement into a team with people facing similar problems can be extremely helpful to reduce the pain

signs of depression need to be recognised at an early stage because serious depression could led to death
