In this article, the ability of HAARP to control the weather will be discussed.
We have ionosphere more than 35 miles above the earth and goes up to about 300 miles. It is electrically charged layer above earth’s atmosphere due to solar radiation. The sun is continuously radiating cosmic rays like gamma rays, X-rays and shorter wavelengths of ultraviolet light. These cosmic rays are absorbed at the ionosphere that result in emission of electrons from the atoms. Hence there are both positive and negative ions at the ionosphere and therefore the name is. This natural electrically charged shield protects the earth from toxic cosmic rays and most importantly from the continuous bombardment of shooting stones from the galaxies.
The charged particles on the ionosphere flow along the magnetic field line of the earth by wind and squeeze into a current called electrojet. Anthony Ferraro, Ph.D., Professor of Electrical Engineering at Penn State University, explained that in their natural state the ionospheric currents are direct current (DC), as is the electricity from a battery. The electrojet is sometimes flooded by high energy particles from the solar flare that causes lighting up the sky to an auroral view on the poles of the earth. However, due to this electrojet the ionosphere distorts, totally reflects or absorbs the radio signals like satellite-earth signals passing through it.
The enormous setup of HAARP is at the auroral latitudes in Alaska with 60×60, i.e. 360 antennas and each antenna is powered with 10 million watts. Hence, the total power is 3.6 billion watts. All these antennas are faced straight to upwards. HAARP is then an array of antennae as ionospheric heater.
HAARP generates a beam of radio waves of massive intensity and transmits it toward the upper atmosphere. The beam would be several degrees wide as of the frequency. Hence it would influence the lower region of the ionosphere within a region of several miles in diameter. The heating effect of the focused beam disrupts the balanced electric field on the ionosphere and results in further ionization of the neutral particles. If the ionosphere is modulated with these high power transmitters, the DC electrojet current would covert, in small volume, into altering current (AC) flowing through the space with the same principle of AC flowing through wires. Then a large section of the ionosphere is dramatically pushed up and outward from the earth. This would change the wind pattern on the earth, create lowering of pressure at the earth ground level. Rosalie Bertell, Ph.D., founder of the International Institute of Concern for Public Health says, "The earth is delicately balanced, and seeks to restore balance when disturbed. No one really knows how ionospheric experiments will affect that balance, or what the earth will do in response to try to restore balance."
Additionally, the plumes of atmospheric particles would act as lens or focusing device for sunlight which would result in an increase of temperature for the environment and removing of the jetstream. The return beam will hit a certain part of the earth.
HAARP can also generate Very Low Frequency (VLF) and Extremely Low Frequency (ELF) electromagnetic waves from that antenna in the upper sky. VLF and ELF waves can travel almost around the world with very little loss. Ferraro said, HAARP is not only meant for generating the low frequencies that would occur with a strong electrojet, it has a wide, diverse utilization.
HAARP zaps the ionosphere where it is relatively unstable. Astrophysicist Adam Trombly told that an acupuncture model is one way to look at the possible effect of multi-gigawatt pulsing of the ionosphere. If HAARP hits certain points, those parts of the ionosphere could react in surprising ways. It can release intensive amount of energy.
It’s against humanity to manipulate the weather against the interest of a country. The scientists around the world are scared of HAARP to be used as the most sinister weapon human being could ever think of. Creating earthquake, tsunami, tornados, flood and droughts at the enemy land would kill millions of innocent people. We need to wake up about the HAARP
