What's Up with Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Explosions?

Since March 11, 2011 I have watched, researched, and shared information about the nuclear power plant meltdowns, (at least three plants melted through their containment vessels), and I wish to share with you all the Earth Systems Research Lab (ESRL) world wind maps (animations of anomalies and means). These explain why I choose to live in equatorial zones. I can't afford exposure to more radiation than needed. Not that any of us needs radiation. Though, there is a group known as Hormesis freaks who think a little dose is good for you. They make money off your radiation inspired illnesses. And, they lie.

So - if you go to ESRL, this spot in particular: http://www.esrl.noaa.gov/psd/map/clim/glbcir.quick.shtml#anim - you can choose:

Anomaly or Mean; today, 7 days, 30 days or 90 days
Operational or Reanalysis
Anomaly or Mean

I typically choose this specific animation: Surface Winds and several of the day choices (today, 7 days, 90 days)

What I get for the 7 day analysis for today's (28 Apr 2013) R (reanalysis) & Mean is:

See how Japan's wind dumps across the North American Continent?
See how the equatorial land masses are fairly clear of external winds?

Why is this important? Recall Chernobyl. Understand what that did to the environment, the critters, and the people. There are large swaths of dead zones due to Chernobyl and large areas of Japan are now dead zones. Chernobyl's children typically die very young after long bouts with radiaiton related illnesses. To this day! Chernobyl blew up in 1986. Japan's food chain is now saturated. An attempt to deocontaminate has resulted in the realization that you simply can not effectively decontaminate radioactive areas. And large repositories of radioactive waste is piling up and being burned by the Japanese government, which, simply causes more problems for people who live near those thousands of plastic bags with rads and the atmosphere where the burned radiation goes... let alone the housing that was built in Japan with gravel material that was contaminated... and the radioactive scrap metal that agencies want to put on the market. Yah. Ridiculous.

Be careful what you eat. Stay out of the rain if you live in a "downwind" area (all of the northern hemisphere and much of the southern hemisphere). Don't swim in the oceans where the Japanese current travels. Know that the Atlantic Ocean is also contaminated. Protect the children. Design living spaces to protect you and your family. Design filtration systems for water, for greenhouses, for your daily air.

Ask me questions and I will gladly provide resources to help guide you through this brave new world reality. If you are an activist sort, fight the nuclear industry for they are destroying the only world we have. For info on how that works, google: San Onofre San Clemente nuclear Barbara Boxer Los Angeles. Or, go straight to the San Clemente Patch

Most of all... be healthy and wise.

Seems that living in Japan is safe except in a little area. It's not like Chernobyl, which is still a danger.
In Fukushima the problem is to stock the contaminated water, because the tanks have leaks.
