First, set realistic goals for yourself. Don't aim for something that you don't really have a chance of achieving. Then, create a plan or work schedule and focus on adhering to it with dedication and optimism. Set yourself achievable goals that you can attain without over-stretching yourself and your resources.

2. Reject Negativity

If you face failure, try not to become sad or negative. Think and act positive to rebound from the setback. Don't let temporary failures drag you down on your path to long-term success.
