Drowning is such a dreadful bore,
And I didn't think it would be much more,
In life I tried my best to be,
Everything they expected of me.
I came to the lake to simply reflect,
upon the things that made me connect,
but in the water my face I saw,
made me realize that that was all.
The sum of what I thought I believed,
was not the end of what I recieved,
and so into the water leaped,
and out of my body the air has seeped.
I'm floating now as if in a dream,
I dont even have the courage to scream,
and what I've done makes me realize,
It's all dark down here before my eyes..
Oh, look at the pretty sharks........
