Lots of people have fear of dentist
So where does this come from
Many have bad experiences from early days
Nowadays seems that dentists are a lot better
But if you have phobia it's difficult to conquer your fear
A few tips I can give are as follows
Tell your dentist you are nervous
Set up a plan with dentist during procedure ie
Hand signal
Bring I phone and play music when procedure is been done
Try stay calm deep breaths
Remember the dentist is not trying to cause pain
But is trying to sort out your teeth so
It will stop pain occurring
When it's over
Treat yourself to something nice
The dentists today have better equipment and
Better facilities so try relax if possible

that person but it did not work. i feel bad now because i think
