What do you think about all these newbies on this site? CS is showing us when a new profile is being created. I think it alerts us of how these newcomers can be scammers. Particular all I have received are newbies and their profiles are too good to be true. I have been here too long and know who they are.
We all want to be healthy physically and mentally.
In my lifestyle I walk everyday and do aerobic exercise weekly.
I wonder what results have people obtained in their life styles to be in shape.

I also do stretching and weight exercises once in a while.
My metabolism is very slow and weight loss is very difficult. I am average and feel great but sometimes would like to get into those old jeans I used to wear.
