Failures ....

Yes, isn’t it natural to get excited and wanting to celebrate on success, may be even throw a party as if the whole world should know about, would it be normal that for a moment one forgets that he succeeded also in increasing his failures that somehow leads him/her for the success, so should set backs be celebrated as well, probably no one ever did and no one ever do, but yes should we?.

Considering one’s failures, success takes a lot of courage, which is just waiting for the individual to take action, let the fear behind and make use of the learning from our failures and take action anyway, whether if it’s business or every aspect of one’s personal life, remember that failing gets you one step closer to success.

Living in....

Human minds tend to waver between the instinct and the so called reason if there’s any, so a world of contradictions have been created, a world with it’s inner beauty and it’s inner beast.

Apart from all the judging, the contradiction of thoughts and behaviour is obviously what the societies practice every day, the norm it’s said, the one and only exciting journey, what doesn’t kill us makes us stronger, blind folded of the wound left behind.

We can be whatever we want to be, and when we do, some history writer/s send their missiles to kill by the night, and when the sun rises they send funding initiatives to alleviate the sorrow left behind, companies destroying the environment in the still-ness of the night, so what, they sponsor funding campaigns to save the environment, what is against the law for me it’s God blessing for the state, protecting the nation interest is it.

Enjoy Labour day, after all it’s a public holiday.

No makeup selfie!

.....Destiny, it's like getting into a roller coaster, sitting there while it goes up and down and upside down and sometimes getting thrown out and even knock you over and before you know what hit you, you’re stripped of everything you thought you knew and everything you thought you didn't know and there you are, bruises all over you, maybe a bump on the head too, it’s not mild manner is she this destiny?, but crawling back in again and it just keeps on going and going again.

Sometimes I say, God, I don't want to be in this roller coaster anymore, but when I’ll calm down and think about what I’ve asked for, and ask myself, if I'm not here, then where the hell would I rather be?, on the sidewalk?, I wasn't born to stand on the sidewalk, I was born to fly around like crazy.

One thing I learned for sure, it’s all about putting the punctuation in it’s proper place cause it’s really really powerful.

Enjoy and celebrate Easter all.

Spring is in the air!

A lonely woman, aged 70, decided that it was time to get married. She put an advert in one of the local papers that read:

HUSBAND WANTED!
MUST BE IN MY AGE GROUP (70's),
MUST NOT BEAT ME,
MUST NOT RUN AROUND ON ME,
AND MUST STILL BE GOOD IN BED!
ALL APPLICANTS PLEASE APPLY IN PERSON.
confused

On the second day she heard the doorbell, she opened the door to see a gray-haired gentleman with no arms or legs sitting in a wheelchair. The old woman said, "You're not really asking me to consider you, are you? Just look at you , you have no legs!" The old man smiled, "Therefore I cannot run around on you!"

She snorted. "You don't have any hands either!" Again the old man smiled, "Nor can I beat you!"

She raised an eyebrow and gazed intently. "Are you still good in bed?" With that, the old gentleman leaned back, beamed a big broad smile and said, "I rang the doorbell, didn't I?"

It's all about the child.

....Same sex couples parenting/adoption, as expected causes controversy. I may sound discriminating although that’s not my intention. I am in favour that if gays and lesbians decide to marry it’s there business so shall it be, but I do have my reservations when it comes for child adoptions.
Undoubtedly the child need role models of both parents, that is mom and dad to have a healthy home. Being raised by two dads or two moms is worst than living in a divorced/ separated house, call it whatever you want, one would have plenty of one parent, but none or almost none of the other. One can argue that a child would probably be better off with a gay couple rather than nothing. I believe that maybe the children involved should be asked, obviously they can't have the deciding say, so it is up to us adults to decide, that’s where governments will have to be the ones to actually do the job in the best interest again best interest of the child and no one else’s.
Homosexuality is not one’s choice, one has no control whether being tall or short, beautiful or less beautiful etc. So I say let children stay innocent. Don't infiltrate their pure little minds with uncertainty of their s*xual orientation and what is the so called norm, let them enjoy their childhood as much as they could and set aside the adult selfishness.

Turn Back...

For me, wanting to go back in time to a certain point in my past would most likely change the course of my live, that is for the better, because I imagine no one would like to go back and make things worse, would they?.

But the real question is that if I could go back in time, what would it be, if the time ever comes, would I really want to do it after all?, and if I do, what would it be, preventing disastrous events that took place with the blessing of all time world leaders, do my best to somehow avoid the deaths caused by nature events, take the occasion and think only for myself. ooops!

On the other hand if this would be possible in my and I’m sure there’s others life time, would it be possible for example that’s someone’s grandfather not being born, This would mean that a human being would simply disappear from the face of the earth, without anyone ever remembering he or she ever existed.

I don't want to incite panic in any way, and until or maybe a potential time traveller machine is invented, one thing’s for sure whether I like it or not, I have to stay here and forget all about it.

I've got...

... a new President, a lady President this time, wow, the second lady President and that is somehow good but not good enough when you consider that more than half the population are females. The reason for this could be lack of women participation in most higher positions or that our parliament masculine members feel comfortable to elect a male President since they are the majority in Parliament, I don’t really know, all I know is that the President in this case is a cosmetic figure that is just for official ceremonies and to sign new laws approved by parliament just to be in effect. Hope I’m not being unjust with her Excellency and all the Presidents before her, but in my opinion this office and it’s staff is costing the tax payers a lot of euro’s which in my humble opinion can be used in a better way . Maybe at least it’s time the Presidency should be having some kind of real responsibility in favour to the nation now.
Anyway congratulations for the five year term your Excellency.

Anything goes!

Respect and tolerance, I must have heard these words a million times, but what exactly does it mean to be tolerant cause nowadays the understanding of tolerance seems to have changed, at least from my point of view.
While it used to mean that you will defend other’s, regardless of their beliefs, the right to express different viewpoints/opinions apart from yours, in to-days popular usage of the term, tolerance seems that it have been given another meaning. Tolerance appears to mean that everyone must agree regardless of what is, or was or even done as opposing and not permitted to state a comment/ viewpoint on the contrary without being accused of being wrong, such a thing would be considered or even accused of being intolerant.
So I guess this mentality that anything goes restrict a person ability to think and freely form an opinion for the sake of a healthier and civilized discussions.

Slightly open !

The Food & Agriculture organization (FAO) statistic shows that almost eight hundred million people around the world suffers from hunger. Some just justify this by various vague arguments as that there’s shortage of food as the world’s population increased so there’s not enough for everyone, intentionally to leave the situation as it is.

In reality the FAO estimates that about one third of food production is just being cast away so what’s the argument of some so called experts that more natural spaces are required for the sake of more production with the consequence of destroying more tropical forests?

Maybe for those including myself that have never suffered from hunger can’t imagine all the effort most probably in vain to stay alive, only those that were or are suffering from this injustice can describe this torment.

In the comfort of our homes we can read or follow documentaries that make public these situations. These nations can feed themselves if there’s no interference from the giant Corporations , rich countries Governments and the policies of the World’s Bank or the International Monetary Fund, whose interest are they protecting, the interests to those ??????????.
