"A gentle reminder"

Psychological abuse, often called emotional abuse, is a form of abuse characterized by a person subjecting or exposing another person to a behaviour that may result in psychological trauma, including anxiety, chronic depression, or post-traumatic stress disorder...
It is often associated with situations of power imbalance in abusive relationships, and may include bullying, gaslighting, and abuse in the workplace. It also may be perpetrated by persons conducting torture, other violence, acute or prolonged human rights abuse, particularly without legal redress such as detention without trial, false accusations, false convictions, and extreme defamation such as where perpetrated by state and media.

General definition

Clinicians and researchers have offered different definitions of psychological abuse.....According to current research the terms "psychological abuse" and "emotional abuse" can be used interchangeably, unless associated with psychological violence
More specifically, "emotional abuse is any kind of abuse that is emotional rather than physical in nature. It can include anything from verbal abuse and constant criticism to more subtle tactics such as intimidation, manipulation, and refusal to ever be pleased. This abuse occurs when someone says words or does actions used to try and control the other person, to keep the other afraid and instill fear that, or kept apart from others or try to break someone’s self-esteem of themselves.
Emotional abuse can take several forms. Three general patterns of abusive behavior include aggressing, denying, and minimizing"; "Withholding is another form of denying. Withholding includes refusing to listen, refusing to communicate, and emotionally withdrawing as punishment."..
Even though there is no established definition for emotional abuse, emotional abuse can possess a definition beyond verbal and psychological abuse.

Blaming, shaming, and name calling are a few verbally abusive behaviors which can affect a victim emotionally. The victim's self-worth and emotional well-being are altered and even diminished by the verbal abuse, resulting in an emotionally-abused victim.

The victim may experience severe psychological effects. This would involve the tactics of brainwashing, which can fall under psychological abuse as well, but emotional abuse consists of the manipulation of the victim's emotions. The victim may feel their emotions are being affected by the abuser to such an extent that the victim may no longer recognize their own feelings regarding the issues the abuser is trying to control. The result is the victim's self-concept and independence are systematically taken away.

The U.S. Department of Justice defines emotionally abusive traits as including causing fear by: intimidation, threatening physical harm to self, partner, children, or partner's family or friends, destruction of pets and property, forcing isolation from family, friends, or school or work. More subtle emotionally abusive behaviors include insults, putdowns, arbitrary and unpredictable behavior, and gaslighting (e.g. the denial that previous abusive incidents occurred). Modern technology has led to new forms of abuse, by text messaging and online cyber-bullying....

Polish girl.... tourist's death in Egypt..

The mysterious death of Magdalena Zuk...
Magdalena Zuk, a 27-year-old Polish beautician, jumped to her death while on vacation in the Egyptian beach resort town of Marsa Alam on April 29, 2017. She was only three days into her week-long holiday.

The original holiday plans included her boyfriend, Markus, but due to issues with his passport, he was unable to join her. She Magdalena only informed her boyfriend 7 hours before the flight as it was meant to be a surprise. The trip was already paid for and they were unable to get a refund or sell the tickets, so Magdalena ended up going alone. It should have been a relaxing holiday, but from day one a series of strange events would occur that would eventually end in her death.

Wednesday
Magdalena flew to Egypt on the 25th of April 2017 and arrived on the 26th. She was booked to stay at the 4-star ‘Three Corners Equinox Beach Resort,’ which was located on the Red Sea...

Reports from residents at the hotel stated that Magdalena was acting strange from the start. She would be sitting and drinking quietly by herself, then all of a sudden be chatting and dancing with everyone, then go quiet again. Other guests stated that she had asked where her boyfriend was as if he was there with her.

From day one her family started receiving unusual text messages from Magdalena. She would text her family as if they were there with her on vacation with her, asking if they would come to her room now. She also stated that she was hearing voices in her room.

Her family even received calls about her behaviour from her travel agent, Mahmoud Khairy, who also spoke Polish. As Magdalena started behaving more strangely, Mahmoud became more involved in her care. Her family started receiving a lot of strange photos of their daughter from him of Magdalena lying in bed in her robe covering her face or lying curled up in the hall.

Silent killers.....

Warning signs in legs
High levels of cholesterol in the body can lead to cardiovascular disease, coronary artery disease and stroke. High cholesterol has a lack of symptoms, due to which it is often dubbed as a silent killer. A blood test is required to identify high cholesterol levels.

People usually find excessive weight or body fat as indicators of high cholesterol. However, there are some warning signs that might crop up in other parts of your body, such as your legs. The blockage of the arteries in the extremities is known as peripheral arterial disease, or PAD, and some of the arteries that might be impacted may be supplying blood to the legs. Therefore, it is advised to not ignore these signs and consult a doctor if you experience them.

Cold feet and legs
High cholesterol levels can make your feet or legs feel cold or chilly all around the year, even in summers. This may be an indicator that you have PAD, though it does not necessarily mean PAD only. However, if you feel like one leg or foot is cold, but not the other, it could be time to talk to your doctor.

Skin colour alteration
A decrease in the flow of the blood due to high cholesterol can also change the colour of your skin. That's because the cells are not getting proper nourishment due to decreased flow of blood carrying nutrients and oxygen. Trying to elevate the legs, for example, can lead the skin to look pale, but hanging it from a table can cause the skin to seem purple or bluish.

Pain
Leg pain is among the most common symptoms of PAD. When the arteries of your legs are clogged, a sufficient, required amount of oxygen-rich blood does not reach your lower part. It can make your leg feel heavy and tired. Most people with high cholesterol levels complain about burning pain in the lower limbs. One may feel pain in any part of the leg, from the calf to the thigh or buttock, and it may be in one or both legs. This happens most often from taking part in physical activities such as walking, jogging, and stair climbing. This discomfort is usually gone when you take rest and may be felt again when you start moving your legs again.

Joseph James DeAngelo...

Joseph James DeAngelo
American serial killer.....

He was a police officer
what saydoh very mad
frustrated

ok here is story from
wikipedia....

Joseph James DeAngelo Jr. (born November 8, 1945) is an American serial killer, serial rapist, burglar, and former police officer who committed at least 13 murders, 50 rapes, and 120 burglaries across California between 1974 and 1986. He was responsible for at least three crime sprees throughout the state, each of which spawned a different nickname in the press, before it became evident that they were committed by the same person. In the San Joaquin Valley, he was known as the Visalia Ransacker before moving to the Sacramento area, where he became known as the East Area Rapist and was linked by modus operandi to additional attacks in Contra Costa County, Stockton, and Modesto. DeAngelo committed serial murders in Santa Barbara, Ventura, and Orange counties, where he was known as the Night Stalker and later the Original Night Stalker (owing to serial killer Richard Ramirez also being called the "Night Stalker"). He is believed to have taunted and threatened both victims and police in obscene phone calls and possibly written communications.

During the decades-long investigation, several suspects were cleared through DNA evidence, alibi, or other investigative methods. In 2001, after DNA testing indicated that the East Area Rapist and the Original Night Stalker were the same person, the combined acronym EARONS came into use. The case was a factor in the establishment of California's DNA database, which collects DNA from all accused and convicted felons in California and has been called second only to Virginia's in effectiveness in solving cold cases. To heighten awareness of the case, crime writer Michelle McNamara coined the name Golden State Killer in early 2013.
On June 15, 2016, the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and local law-enforcement agencies held a news conference to announce a renewed nationwide effort, offering a $50,000 reward for the Golden State Killer's capture. On April 24, 2018, authorities charged 72-year-old DeAngelo with eight counts of first-degree murder, based upon DNA evidence; investigators had identified members of DeAngelo's family through forensic genetic genealogy. This was also the first announcement connecting the Visalia Ransacker crimes to DeAngelo. Owing to California's statute of limitations on pre-2017 rape cases, DeAngelo could not be charged with 1970s rapes; but he was charged in August 2018 with thirteen related kidnapping and abduction attempts. On June 29, 2020, DeAngelo pleaded guilty to multiple counts of murder and kidnapping. As part of a plea bargain that spared him the death penalty, DeAngelo also admitted to numerous crimes with which he had not been formally charged, including rapes. On August 21, 2020, DeAngelo was sentenced to life imprisonment without the possibility of parole.[

Serial killer Charles Sobhraj was 'charming' and 'emanated power'

Sobhraj was represented by the infamous lawyer Jacques Vergès, nicknamed the “devil’s advocate” because his roster of clients included the Nazi Klaus Barbie, Slobodan Milosevic and the renowned international terrorist Carlos the Jackal. Sobhraj wanted payment for the interview but I refused and, to my surprise, he agreed to talk.

I had never been much interested in serial killers but I happened to read Richard Neville’s and Julie Clarke’s extraordinary account of the killings, The Life and Crimes of Charles Sobhraj, just before Sobhraj’s release was announced. I couldn’t quite believe that someone who had confessed to a number of the murders to Neville, and against whom there was a wealth of compelling evidence, was free to walk the streets of a European capital.

The child of an affair between an Indian businessman-tailor and one of his Vietnamese shop assistants, Sobhraj (played in the BBC drama by French actor Tahar Rahim) had grown up in Saigon during the Vietnamese war of independence from France. His mother then married an occupying French soldier who, suffering from PTSD, returned to France with his young family. Sobhraj did not settle in his new home and twice stowed away on ships heading to Africa.

A bright but delinquent teenager, he was irresistibly drawn to crime – car theft, street muggings, and then holding up housewives with a gun. He spent most of his adolescence in Paris in and out of youth offender facilities and then their adult version. A well-

well-meaning prison visitor arranged work for him on the outside and also introduced him to a bourgeois young Parisian called Chantal Compagnon. They fell in love. He promised her that he was a reformed character and they got engaged, only for him to go back to prison for car theft.

But like so many women who were to follow, she had fallen under his spell. When he came out they embarked on a manic crime spree across Europe and Asia. It was 1970, the beginning of the so-called hippy trail, when hordes of young people would make long, low-budget trips through southern Europe, the Middle East, India and the far east. It was an era of porous borders and lax security, when the only contact with back home were poste restante letters that might take weeks to arrive. A generation was looking to find itself by getting lost or high somewhere off the beaten track. No one took much notice of who came and went.

It was in this transient milieu that Sobhraj stole from impressionable travellers. But first he was imprisoned in Greece – he escaped by swapping identities with his younger brother. Then he and Compagnon were imprisoned in Afghanistan. They had just had a daughter, who was sent back to live with Compagnon’s parents in France. Sobhraj managed to break out of prison by drugging a guard and then returned to France to kidnap his own daughter. When Compagnon finally got out, she was able to take the child and flee to America to escape Sobhraj’s destructive hold.

An embittered Sobhraj upped the crime stakes. He held a flamenco dancer hostage in a New Delhi hotel while he used her room to break into a gem store on the floor below. He became a famous outlaw in India. Like Patricia Highsmith’s Tom Ripley, he assumed different identities, using stolen passports and creating a trail of havoc wherever he went. Ripley has been described as “suave, agreeable, and utterly immoral”, and those adjectives were not out of place for Sobhraj.

NASA has released a shocking photo of the sun that looks like a ball in a volcanic eruption.

NASA, which has been continuously exploring space, has released a new photo of the sun over the past few weeks showing that the sun's emitting more radiation and increasing the amount of heat it emits.

It shows an increase in the amount of fire plumes emitted by the sun....

In addition, NASA has stated that the high levels of radiation currently emitted by these plumbing will not cause any harm to humans and that if they were to reach Earth directly, radio communications, spacecraft on the International Space Station and astronauts would be affected.

The most famous missing tourist...

Lars Mittank’s Trip Was Darkened Early On By A Bar Fight
Lars Joachim Mittank was born on February 9, 1986, in Berlin. At age 28, he joined a handful of his school friends on a trip to Varna, Bulgaria. There, the group stayed at the Golden Sands resort on the Black Sea coast.

At one point during the trip, Lars Mittank found himself involved in a bar fight with four men about which soccer club was better: SV Werder Bremen or Bayern Munich. Mittank was a Werder supporter, while the other four supported Bayern. Mittank left the bar before his friends did, and they allegedly didn’t see him again until the next morning.

When Mittank finally turned up at the Golden Sands resort, he informed his friends that he had been beaten up. Different friends offered different accounts, which in turn featured different details.

Some told authorities that Mittank was beaten by the same group of men he clashed with inside the bar, while others claimed that the men had hired a local to do the job for them.

Regardless, Mittank walked away from the incident with an injured jaw and a ruptured eardrum. He eventually went to see a local doctor, who prescribed him 500 milligrams of the antibiotic Cefprozil to prevent his wounds from becoming infected. He was also told to stay behind while his friends headed home, because of his injury.

Mittank’s friends offered to delay their return until he healed up, but he urged them not to and scheduled a later flight. He then checked into a hotel near the airport, where he began exhibiting strange, erratic behavior.

Hotel cameras captured Lars Mittank on video, hiding inside the elevator and leaving the building at midnight only to return hours later. He called his mother and whispered that people were trying to rob or kill him. He also texted her, asking about his medication and to block his credit cards.

On July 8, 2014, Mittank entered Varna Airport. He met with the airport physician to check up on his injuries. The doctor told Mittank he could fly, but Mittank remained anything but at ease. According to the physician, Mittank looked nervous and asked him questions about the medication he was taking.

Believe me, it's the knowledge which matters at the end.

“I’m a certain way, but I should be some other way.”,

This world is a crazy and sick place, and humans in general are not beautiful. But it’s all subtle, and most people do not see this(i am sorry ...
if you think otherwise)

Don't you want to know yourself ?

Can you live joyfully without knowing yourself?

Knowing yourself means understanding your strengths and weaknesses, your passions and fears, your desires and dreams. It means being aware of your eccentricities and idiosyncrasies, your likes and dislikes, and your tolerances and limitations. Knowing yourself means knowing your purpose in life.

How well-fixed are you with your own morality?
What are your biggest fears?
Your self-limiting beliefs?
Your relationship with money and wealth?
Your human relationships with friends, family?
Role gratitude plays in your life?
What you think you can do as a human?

What is that something you always love doing, even when you are tired or rushed? Why?
What lifts up your joy?
What you think is possible for you?

“The purpose of the heart is to know yourself to be yourself and yet one with God.”
- Edgar Cayce.

Without virtue, man is most unholy and savage, and worst in regard to sex and eating.
Aristotle.

human being is responsible for its own actions despite of the obstacles in life.

“The heart is the most powerful generator of electromagnetic energy in the human body,
the heart actually sends more information to the brain than the brain sends to the heart.

We All have Light And dark side within. Need to fight!
behavior is valuation.
The more you know about yourself, the more you can make wise decisions for interacting with the world around you.

how stupid, sick, and twisted this world is, until the insights start rolling in, or you implode instead. And oh yeah, this is the most painful path.

Your dreams matter. Your dreams are important. Your dreams are worth going after. Don’t believe anything less.

now time to meet with a realized Master or Guru who arrives from nowhere 'through the Power of Thoughts.'
(Most important Never compromise your self.)
a guide shows us the way. While....
a guide keeps us on the right path.

To enter the Spiritual Path, we all enter the Path of Knowledge to experience deep integrity and a changed life style.
After we have.....
illuminate a radiant path to the center of our own being to be oneself; and show us the way to carry that light into the shadowed world.
This capacity to be yourself is very much about being free of the traps of conceptual identity,

Really knowing yourself is a worthy aim and an important step is to be clear on what really knowing yourself means before putting effort into it.

Knowing oneself is the first step towards making good rapport not only with one’s own mind and body but also with the other. This other can be husband, wife, mother, father, brother or anyone.

Once we have understood how our mind functions, and as we witness the rise and fall of emotions in mind, we are better equipped not to get carried away with these waves of mind. Life gives us situations, not solutions.

Solutions are always created by our wisdom. In most of the relationships we see around, the basic problem remains the same.

that one is a NOBODY and NOTHING, then, the one who would realize THAT....
However, zero plus zero will remain zero. You have to know this truth: nothing, neither people nor things, can make you rich; nobody can give meaning to your life. So, stop hankering for appreciation, sympathy or love from others..

Meditation and Self Evaluation are one of the best ways to find out ourselves. So try to give time to yourself and do yourself talk which will help you to find the best version of yourself.
