The story about the Russian experiment
There was once a prisoner who was given the "Hang to Death" punishment. The Russian scientist met him & asked if he would like to do something for humanity while dying. They wanted him for an experiment test where instead of hanging to death he would be bitten by snake. The prisoner found "No loss" in this deal. So the papers were signed & the prisoner was given to the scientist for conducting their deadly experiment.
In the experiment a very venomous snake was shown to the prisoner. It was told that his eyes will be closed by a cloth & then this snake would bite him and he would die. They wanted to note the reactions how fast the poison mounts the body. The prisoner agreed. They closed his eyes with a cloth.
Now instead of the venomous snake they took a needle & pinched on the forefinger of his leg. Within few seconds his body became blue & bubble & foam started coming out of the mouth just as in case of a real snake bite! Mind power over body power? What we believe happens? Does faith or reverse faith works?!! Some of this questions are still unanswered & unproved.

A man went to God and asked, what is the value of life? God gave him one stone and said, find out the value of this stone, but don't sell it.
The man took the stone to an orange seller and asked him what it's cost would be. orange seller saw the shiny stone and said, you can take 12 oranges and give me the stone. the man apologized and said i can't sell it.
He went ahead and found a vegetable seller. he asked him, what could be the value of this stone? seller said, take one sack of potatoes and give me the stone. the man again apologized and said he can't sell it.
Further ahead, he went into a jewellery shop and asked the value of the stone. the jeweler saw the stone under a lens and said, i will give you 50 Lakhs for this stone. when the man shook his head, the jeweler said, alright, alright, take 2 Crores and give it to me. the man explained that he can't sell the stone.
Further ahead the man saw a precious stone's shop and asked the seller the value of this stone. when the seller saw the big Ruby, he lay down a red cloth and put the Ruby on it. then he walked in circles around the Ruby and bent down and touched his head in front of the Ruby. from where did you bring this priceless Ruby from? he asked. even if i shell the whole world, and my life, i won't be able to purchase this priceless stone.
Stunned and confused, the man returned to the God and told him what had happened. now tell me what is the value of life, he asked to God.
God said, the answers you got from the orange seller, Vegitable seller, jeweler seller & Precious stone's seller explained the value of our life.
You may be the precious stone, even priceless, but people may value you based on their level of information, their belief in you, their motive behind entertaining you, their ambition and their risk taking ability. but don't worry, you will surely find someone who will discern your true value.
in the eyes of God you are very very precious. Respect yourself, you are unique. no one can replace you.
There are many religions and many religious books in the world. Are any of these the real holy book of God?
Every religion claims that their religious book is the holy book of God. And all religions also claim that their God is the only real God.

so many religions, so many religious_books, so many it's rules, so many God's.
I had heard in my younger_age from my school teacher that God is only one, the name is different. Destination is same, the way is different. The rules are the same but the way of explaining it is different. The Soul is the same but the body is different according to the climate and gender. feelings are the same, but languages are different to express them.
When I got a chance to meet the spiritual masters, they teach me the reality of God's Holy_Book and it's rules.
they said that God is the super_consious power, the super conscious doesn't write its rules on non conscious things (paper, stone, wood, etc.). The super conscious write its rules on conscious things, and that is your body. The laws of God are written on everyone's body. means your body is the holy_book of God. rules are written in your brain, in your mind, in your heart, in your body's each an every cells.
close your eyes, go inside and read it. keep your body and mind clean from inside, so that you can read it properly.
i asked : how i read it?
they said : it is very simple.
"always be aware from inside, stop reacting, start observing"
formula is very simple, but when doing practically, it is very difficult.
i asked : what i have to do, what to not do?
what is virtue, what is sin?
they said : very simple.
the act done by you, which give happiness to others, that is virtue.
the act done by you, which give sorrow, pain to others, that is sin.
What you give to others, you get it back in return with interest.
pain for pain, sorrow for sorrow, happiness for happiness, respect for respect, cheat for cheat, etc.
choice is yours? what to do, what to not do
i asked : When our body is the Holy Book, then how did many religions and scriptures (religious_books) arise?
they said : When a person tries to read himself, he understands the law of nature and he experiences a lot within himself. When he tells his experiences to others, then his followers write down what he said on paper or something to remember it. Thus his narrated experiences take the form of a book. And as soon as the book is made, a new religion is born.
in short you can say that religious book is the inner experience of someone. And that person is called Messenger of God.
but the real Holy_Book of God is your body. An alive book, conscious book.
if there is any confusion to understand the religious book then try to read the conscious book (your body, mind, heart, brain).
and one thing more: God alway wants to live in conscious, alive temple.
I think that masters gave me the correct information. The Divine Book will be the same for all human beings. Won't be different for everyone.
If GOD give you a chance to go in past to correct your mistakes, then which mistake will you correct?
Life is full of difficulties and opportunities.
If we always keep grieving instead of fighting with problems, we will lose many opportunities in our lives.
Instead of regretting what you have not got, be happy and progress in what you have got.
I understood these lessions very late.
I have made a lot of mistakes because of this ignorance.
So,
If GOD give me a chance to go in my past, I will teach these lessions to myself in beginning (in childhood).
William Golding, said: “I think women are foolish to pretend they are equal to men, they are far superior and always have been. Whatever you give a woman, she will make greater. If you give her sperm, she’ll give you a baby. If you give her a house, she’ll give you a home. If you give her groceries, she’ll give you a meal. If you give her a smile, she’ll give you her heart. Life is a punishment? or Life is a reward?
there are many questions in my mind since childhood. it is one of them.
Water is the first requirement of our body.
There are 4 rules of drinking water in Ayurveda.
1. Always drink warm water (37 C warm). Warm = body temperature.
Never drink cold water
2. Take water after 90 to 120 minutes after taken food. Don't drink water instantly after food, wait for 90 to 120 minutes. If you want drink water before food then 40 to 60 minutes before eating food.
3. Always drink water slowly-slowly as like you drink hot tea or coffee.
4. Early morning when you wake-up instantly drink water about 1 to 2 liter (according to body capacity), after then go for toilet.
