Some tattoos I would consider

I don't have any tattoos, but if I were to get one, here are some that I would consider on my right arm.

Woman's head injury

WOMAN SHOT IN THE HEAD

Linda Burnett, 23, a resident of Minnesota, was visiting her in-laws and while there went to a nearby super-market to pick up some groceries. Later, her husband noticed her sitting in her car in the driveway with the car running and the windows rolled up. Her eyes closed with both hands behind the back of her head.

He became concerned and walked over to the car. He noticed that Linda's eyes were now open and she looked very strange. He asked her if she was okay; Linda replied that she had been shot in the back of the head and had been holding her brains in for over an hour (at least it seemed that way to her, it actually had been 15 minutes, she blamed the inability to tell time on her head injury).

The husband called the paramedics, who broke into the car because the doors were locked and Linda refused to move her hands.

When they finally got in, they found that Linda had a wad of bread dough on the back of her head. From the back seat a biscuit canister had exploded from the heat, making a loud noise that sounded like a gunshot, and the wad of dough hit her in the back of her head.

When she reached back to find out what it was, she felt the dough and thought it was her brains. She initially passed out, but quickly recovered.

Linda is blonde, a Democrat, and a Biden supporter; but that could all be a coincidence.
The defective biscuit canister was analyzed and it was determined to be Trump's fault.

~~ If you read all of this you have been cooped up in your house to long. You need to get some sunshine.

Childhood celebrity crushes

I think just about everyone has them. We have them with someone in our lives, or having a crush on a celebrity when you're a young teenager.

This blog is about celebrity crushes. I remember when I was 13 years old back in 1980, A movie called "Foxes" came out. I watched it on one of the premium channels (Cinemax, HBO, and Showtime) about a year after it came out (1981). I had a huge crush on Jodie Foster.

Over the past year I have been thinking about that movie with four young women coming of age, and the problems each of them had in their lives. Pretty good movie.

Guardian Angels

Each and every one of us have a Guardian Angel that God has assigned to us to look out for us. I remember watching an episode of Montel Williams years ago when he had a woman named Sylvia Browne on his show. I recall her saying that to learn the name of your Guardian Angel, you must clear your mind, and then the first name that pops into your head, that is your Guardian Angel's name.

I'm not sure how many of you believe in them, but I would like to think most if not all do on here.

I do know mine, and her name, do you know yours?

Watches

I know watches aren't worn as much in today's society due to people deciding to get their time off their cell phones. I think most to these types are probably Generation Y (also known as Millennials - Born between 1982-2000), and some in Generation Z (born between 2000-.2018).

Some in my generation (X) have stopped wearing watches, and instead depend on their phones for the time as well. Not me, I still prefer wearing a watch. You can say that I'm particular (some would say fussy) about the type of watch I like to have and wear. I have three different kinds that I alternate between. Down below are the watches I have.

The name Shawn

The name Shawn is both a boy's name and a girl's name of Irish origin meaning "God is gracious".
This name is the anglicized version of the Irish Séan, which itself comes from the Hebrew name John.
Alternate spellings include Shawne, Shaun and Sean.

As for spelling it Sean, I'm glad my mom didn't go that route with my name. That spelling always made me think of the word "seen". I feel that the spelling "Shawn" is the best way. IMO

Pet Peeves

We all have them, and if you don't think you have any, well then I say you're kidding yourself, or lying about having them. laugh

I have a few, and here they are...

1. Inconsiderate people

2. Drivers who don't use turn signals when they turn

3. A driver pulls up to a stop sign at a four-way stop, and then you pull up to one on the other side, and then another car pulls up behind the car you're waiting on to go so you can continue ends up pulling up to the stop sign after the other car goes and continues on through the stop sign when in fact you have the right of way. This happened to me for the very first time yesterday on my way to work. Talking about being p*ssed off. very mad

4. Thoughtless people

5. Noise pollution

6. Car stereo systems with bass turned up high to where it shakes everything around you

If you have any, feel free to list your pet peeves.

Some great music with singers with cool hairstyles

I'm not too crazy about music from the 70's, but this one from 1973 I like. I heard it over the last few years from a local sports radio show guy in Cincinnati who had made it his theme song playing at the start of his show, but never knew the name of the song, or the singer who did it until tonight. Here's the first one.
