Yesterday i have lunch with one of Indonesian singer, Daniel Sahuleka, maybe some of you know his songs. He was a real nice guy. He is here to Indo for a holiday , i love his music and his vocal, and he is also my sisters neighbor there in Holland.
So it was pretty much a happy day for me.
But the next morning my ex bf who happen to see this pic since its on my phone messenger, starts to talk about how depressed he is at 5 am in the morning my time.
He went on and on about how he felt so alone, and he is trying to break free from this situation.
He also said he wished he can sleep forever...
Okay, where did i heard i that before ? oh wait , i heard that so many times when im still talking to him.
As matter of fact i heard that every day on autumn and winter time and he kick me out of the picture on summer time
I mean, seriously ? have you not any other line to say to me ? Because now you cant drag me in again on your cauldron of misery. Why? because yes i like you, but thanks for you blowing everything up before, now i can see that the sun shines better when im not with him. A much better season in the sun.
With you is all rain and drama, every single day its only fights and even if its done in the name of love by God its not even romantic.
Maybe im not that desirable in his eyes financially when he leave me out of the picture last summer and cancel his trip to meet me.
But at the time we cancel the meet im actually having meaningful progress at work.
Frustrated by the fact that i was treated not nice by a guy that i trusted, I decided to see if the Banks would find my present situation desirable instead.And they did.
So i flash out and brag about it to my ex bf and guess what, he wanted me to be back in our messenger that very day proposing "the" question, would you still plan to come here to the US and see me ?
So i said why not , but i will see my friends , not just you.
Remember, you blow our plan on the last minute. Im trying to understand him that its really not nice to give him hard time , assuming that he cancel the plan because he cant finance it.
But then after sometimes, i realize, there is nothing to understand.
Yes love and hate are only separated by thin line, but He is miserable that i can be happy, and he is happy if he can make me miserable.
And after this morning i can see that clearly.
He ask me are you happy lately ? hoping that i would say i missed him , but i said instead, im content.
The best part is after his suicidal preference , he logged out, perhaps he is thinking that i will then catch his negative mood.
Well, that grinch cant steal my happiness now.
But i will be nice to him, not because of him, but because im a nice person. My mother taught me so
But im done with him.Done !
Moral story : the best revenge to the people who like to see you fail is your own success.
Don't waste time hating and hurting other people , it cant be accounted as achievements.
My suggestion is when you have to deal with this kind of person is get even or get over it.
People can try to make us react the way they want us to but don't fall for that trick, our reaction is exclusively ours , no one can take that given right away from us and because it can make a great impact in our life we should be very responsible with it too.
Tomorrow i will head to the beach for the week end with my family. I can feel the sunshine already.
